Blinking red light- please help!! -Ooma Forums I followed the setup instructions and had a red blinking light I call support several times, they verified my configuration was correct, but could not solve the issue Finally they sent me a new ooma device I set that up (and contacted ooma to ensure it was properly activated, switched to my number but I still have a blinking light
Ooma with Netgear WGR614 -- Loses Wireless Connection I tried installing the ooma behind the router and after the netgear router But I lose wireless connection whenever we are on ooma phone Here is my current setup information Cable Modem --> Ooma --> Netgear Router Download Speed --> 12Mbps Upload Speed --> 1Mbps Qos Settings --> 384 kbps (upload speed)
All incoming calls have screeching fax noise, outgoing ok New customer, new setup All incoming calls ring but when answering it sounds like an incoming fax, totally unintelligible Verified that these calls are NOT incoming fax calls Outgoing calls are fine I have it set up as in Step 2 of quick start guide: Ooma box to router
