    It's part of the Easy Tune service, it is a Gigabyte software The graphicscardengine exe is just part of it so you won't likely see it by itself in the startup, but you should see EasyTuneEngineService hopefully If you don't want it, you should uninstall Easy Tune completely, not try to shut off individual parts of it
